At Mat & Vin you are greeted by a calm atmosphere and a unique setting. Here everyone can become chefs for an evening! We care about the local and locally and the menu is always the season’s finest treats!
After a company review of the arrangements and the menu is divided guests into smaller groups, each responsible for its own. Under professional guidance cooked a meal that contains the best seasonal ingredients.
1. “Our classic 4 course menu”
Our classic set-up that followed us since day one! An inspiring & innovative 4-course menu based on the best available for the season. Meat, fish, poultry, and maybe a little bit in between!
2. “Burning Good”
A pleasant evening cooking with an emphasis on grill with cooking both inside and out. We teach our best tricks for successful grilling and end the evening around a lot of lovely snacks.
3. ”Share eating”
This cooking activity results in a casual dinner where you pick the food from small dishes at the table. You will cook 5-6 dishes served as a buffet seated about 4-5 servings per right. Choose between “mixed” or “Asian”.
4. ”Sweden’s tastiest food – becoming star chef for an evening”
An activity where we cook 3-4 dishes from the year chefs cookbook and learn great tips and tricks in the kitchen! All participants will receive the cookbook “Sweden’s tastiest food: recipes for all occasions of the winners from the Chef of the Year ‘home!
5.”Swedish lobster and seafood”
A truly luxurious evening in depth with the Swedish lobster, scallops and other delicacies from the sea. Possible to book during the season from 1 October to 30 April.
In all cooking activities included beer, wine and alcohol

All participants must bring recipes and apron.
